New Delhi:The Supreme Court has ordered to transfer the Bihar Shelter home rape case to POSCO court. The court has ordered to transfer the case to the POSCO Court in Delhi's Saket, to have an independent and just trial.
The Court has also ordered to start the trial in two weeks and complete it within 6 months. The Court has also criticized the Government including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
It was only found last week that of the 42 female inmates, in the shelter home in Bihar, 24 were sexually assaulted. The case was transferred to CBI after statewide protests arose against the local investigation.
